A: That’s a great question. Extreme can only be removed from Heathrow with a specific, firm action. There’s no ‘accidental’ way to remove the charger from the enclave so you have nothing to worry about.

A: I can assure you that the Extreme charger is designed to be securely seated within Heathrow; it requires a deliberate and firm action to remove it, so there's no need to worry about it coming out accidentally. While the Extreme Safe Enclave is indeed secure, it's also made for ease of use, allowing you to smoothly move the charger in and out as needed, without the hassle of locks. Your convenience and product security are both top priorities for us!
Q: Does Lux Ultra or Lux Pro have an option for Lightning?
A: Our Lux Pro and Ultra are equipped with a USB-C connection, which is quickly becoming the universal standard for smartphones. While it doesn't feature a Lightning connector, our original Lux model does include one for your current needs.
It's also worth noting that with the industry's shift, starting with the iPhone 15, Apple will be adopting USB-C for all their future models.
